Rooms for Lease

We have serviced, lockable rooms with a flexible lease agreement?

You could be someone or a group of people looking for a retail venue,
a studio, gallery or workshop space.

For the first 3 months we are offering a special introductory rate.

The Maze room is named after the pattern on the walls. This room has an outlook to Crawford Street and has a visual connection with the front verandah.

It is the first available room for lease as you enter the building through the beautifully restored front door.

Spades is the name we have given this room due to the pressed tin pattern that adorns this ceiling.

This room faces North so captures the lovely Winter Sun and it faces our exterior Gallery Wall and is the most centrally located room in the cottage.

This was originally the kitchen and still has the beautiful Bega Stove with original signs of once being used.

This room was the first one that we restored and is the only one for lease with a stove alcove and a mantle piece. It also has a lovely Northern aspect and view to the Gallery Wall outside.

St Helens

Looking out the window onto Crawford Street, this room’s west facing window is sheltered by a beautiful pressed tin awning. This room gets beautiful
natural light.

The pressed tin rose in the ceiling and the extra deep picture rails are unique to St Helens.

This room was originally the main living room. It is the heart of the house.

The original Wunderlich pressed tin walls have a Waratah pattern which has given this gallery space its name.
