True Vibenation supported by Kopostetic

6pm-9pm |  Saturday 16 March 2024 |  $15-$20

True Vibenation combines an irresistible blend of soul and afrobeat backed by big bass, big beats and live horns. Drawing from their African heritage and raised in the cultural melting pot of Sydney, their sound takes influence in equal parts from Masego, Burns Boy and rudimental as it does from FelaKati. Fat Freddys Drop and Outkast.

Support act Kopasetic is an energetic indie-roots sextet from Canberra, dosing their audiences with earthy rhythms and earnest messages over a melting pot of modern rock-reggae, soul, blues and folk. The band thoroughly explores the limits of these genres, with bone-shaking off-beat grooves, psychedelic instrumentals and soulful ballads.
